Isso porque se usa muito metrô que é ótimo para chegar nos pontos turísticos e você acaba não vendo muito a cidade em si. Então essa linha de ônibus turístico é legal para você ter uma visão geral da cidade e ainda pode descer e embarcar conforme quiser.
